General Terms and Conditions of Business

Geminga Medical sees itself as a technology partner for manufacturers and distributors of medical products and for adjacent industries in precision mechanics and optical engineering. Geminga Medical does not market products under its own name and limits its liability to that of a contract manufacturer. We carry out all quality checks for the products made by us which our customers request, also for higher quality specifications. Customers are nonetheless obliged to inspect and check the condition of the goods supplied by us.
If, in spite of careful production planning, manufacture and inspections, defects are found in our products, we may in our discretion and within our warranty rework the products or to make new products or, if necessary, reimburse the invoice amount. Except where evidence of our gross negligence is shown, no further claims will be acknowledged.
We shall be entitled to process all data relating to the business relationships with our customers, observing the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) and of the Teleservice Data Protection Law (TDDSG).
We grant absolute protection of your personal data. We provide our customers with information free of charge about the data held by us. At our customers? request we shall at any time delete our customers? data.
Jurisdictional venue for any disputes shall be in the courts of Villingen-Schwenningen. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Geminga Medical is entitled to make partial deliveries. Until full payment of the purchase price has been received, the goods shall remain the property of Geminga Medical.
